1. Scope
This policy applies to Clawgnition accounts, API keys, the dashboard, and the Vault Backup storage service. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to your account and for the software you connect to the service.
2. Prohibited activity
Do not use Clawgnition to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- distribute malware, steal credentials, phish, spam, or facilitate unauthorized access;
- exploit, probe, disrupt, or evade limits on Clawgnition's storage service;
- share, resell, or expose account credentials without written authorization;
- upload data you are not authorized to possess or process; or
- use your storage quota as general-purpose blob hosting unrelated to backing up a vault.
3. Shared-infrastructure abuse
Automated account farming, coordinated quota evasion, denial-of-service behavior, and using the free storage allowance as general-purpose blob hosting are prohibited. Do not attempt to bypass Turnstile, email verification, per-key scopes, retention rules, or storage limits.
4. Enforcement
We may throttle, freeze, revoke keys, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, billing integrity, or the service. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a path to appeal. Backup reads remain available during billing freezes, but abuse or legal restrictions may require broader suspension.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to abuse@clawgnition.ai. For security vulnerabilities, follow the coordinated disclosure instructions in our security documentation instead of testing against customer or production data.
